Ladies only Gym and Fitness Studio offering small group personal training, group exercise, fully equipped gym, nutrition and mindset programs.

  • First point of contact at front desk
  • Helping to organise and deliver a range of fitness activities and programmes working alongside the Personal Trainer and Gym Manager
  • Keeping the gym clean and free of health and safety hazards
  • Dealing with enquiries and handling complaints
  • Helping to create campaings and promotions

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • GCSE Level Maths & English, 4–9 or equivalent but not essential

Things to consider

Must be flexible, willing to some early starts and some evenings and weekends. Monday – Friday 8:00 – 20:00 Saturday 8:00 – 14:00 Sunday 9:00 – 13:00 Bank Holidays 9:00 – 12:00 Varying shift patterns covering the Club’s opening hours between 8am and 8pm

Training to be provided

  • Personal Trainer Apprenticeship Standard  L3
  • Combined with L2 Gym instructor certificate
  • Identify, suggest and wherever possible implement self development opportunities
  • Get fully involved with core training programmes by implementing the techniques and ideas learned
